L’Etoile, a large federal chain of perfume and make-up stores in Russia, has chosen us as a technology partner to maintain and support its webshop letu.ru. Our Oracle Commerce team will develop new functionality and provide 24×7 support.

The L’Etoile webshop is a successful e-commerce project. It gets visited by 12.000+ customers simultaneously, and generates 10.000+ orders a day.

Our responsibilities within the project include but are not limited to:

• 24х7 support needed to provide webshop availability round-the-clock
• system support required in high season and during promotions that cause extreme server loads
• integration with internal and external systems (Axapta, 1C, payment gateways), needed to keep the e-commerce website up and running
• new functionality and features development
• optimization of managers’ workflow and order processing.
