What You’ll Do

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their business goals by leveraging Adobe solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients to understand their challenges, goals, and needs.
  • Solution Selling: Identify opportunities to position Adobe-powered solutions, crafting tailored value propositions that align with client objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve revenue targets, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling, client-specific presentations and live demonstrations to showcase the impact of our solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently exceeding sales quotas and contributing to the team’s success.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, client industries, and competitor activities to provide insightful feedback and refine strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Expertise: A strong track record of consulting or solution delivery in the digital marketing space, ideally with Adobe solutions.
  • Sales Savvy: Experience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar marketing technologies is a strong plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Professional Integrity: A commitment to ethical practices, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.
