Head of Business Development Europe

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling outsourcing solutions to IT companies. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage industry knowledge and trends to anticipate client needs and position our services effectively;
  • Understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives to tailor solutions that address their specific challenges;
  • Utilize existing networks and establish new connections to increase the company's visibility within the IT outsourcing sector;
  • Collect market and product development information and participate in market analysis as we grow and develop;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to expand our customer base and meet or exceed revenue goals;
  • Participate in reviewing and optimizing the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Set sales targets and quotas for individual team members, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives;
  • Hold regular review meetings to monitor progress and make sure outstanding issues or concerns are dealt with appropriately;
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to create compelling proposals that align with client needs and showcase the company's capabilities.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required);
  • A proven track record of working with and of leading high performing teams, either in significant turnaround or fast scale-up environments;
  • Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations;
  • Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable;
  • Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees;
  • Ability and desire to do direct sales, not just manage a team;
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions and has ambition to create the best in class sales function and make a significant impact in the work they do;
  • Brings a high level of energy, focus and drive to their work;
  • Innovative Thinking. Continuously seek new strategies, technologies, and approaches to improve sales performance and market positioning;
  • Strong results focus to achieve ambitious growth targets on a consistent basis;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience with the Adobe product line will be a plus;
  • Being fluent in English and Polish both spoken and written is mandatory (being fluent in German will be a plus).
